Hair by Angela – Cancellation Policy
At Hair by Angela, we are committed to providing you with the best experience while respecting the time of all our clients and stylists. To keep our scheduling fair and effective, we have the following policies:
- Booking Deposit:
- Each time a booking is made through our website, a £5 deposit will be charged to secure your appointment.
- This deposit will be deducted from your final bill after the service is provided.
- Cancellations:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in the £5 deposit being non-refundable.
- No-Shows:
- Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be considered a “no-show.” In this case, the £5 deposit will not be refunded, and you may be required to pay 50% of the service cost before booking a new appointment.
- Late Arrivals:
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule, and the £5 deposit will be non-refundable. Please call us if you’re running late to discuss options.
- Emergencies:
- We understand emergencies arise. If an emergency prevents you from attending, please reach out to us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.
